I'm a portrait photographer living in Sutherland. This shop is one of the best camera shop in Sydney. In last 3-4 years all of my gears bought from here. Staff always nice. Especially I just had some trouble specific requirements to the staff. And the staff Tony did complete it perfectly!! He is the legend!

Best place to buy cameras! I went to the digidirect on CBD and got little to no information about what I needed. Thankfully I went to Miranda where they kindly explained everything I needed to know to get my first camera. So happy with the choice I made thanks to all the help the guys there gave me. Recommend and will go back for sure :).

Prompt service. Guy served me and he seriously knows his stuff. He is the google of photography. Always very pleasant. Always a great experience in this shop. Will visit again for items for my St George Photo Club Kogarah.

Today I went in to collect a online order that my husband put in. When I first walked i wasnt greeted and the man at the counter with glasses and beard was the first contact and he wasn't helpful just rudly pointed me to the next counter at the back. I stood at the back counter for about 3mins while the employees working at that counter continued to ignore me while doing their tasks , finally the employee with blue eyes acknowledge me but not in a friendly way, I told him I have an online order to pick up and he asked for the last name but I wasn't sure if it was under my last name or first name so I proceeded to show him my invoice number and he rudly said that doesn't help I need a last name. Telling me it's a large order and he will need to go collect it, but if he has looked at my invoice he would of seen that my order was only prints. Over all terrible service

The two chaps, who attended to my request..a new lens for an older Canon camera, were great and well informed. . put me on the right track .I also sold them a lens which I did not use..they gave me a credit for that..not a lot, but I no longer used it.. and also exchanged a lens..Good experience on the whole..I would go there again

Went in to buy a DJI drone, after 20 waiting the staff advised me that they could not locate the drone. The staff member said he can transfer one from another store for me, I thought this was a nice gesture until he asked for a $100 deposit! I'm confused why I need to put the deposit down when it's your stock accuracy errors that the drone wasn't in the store. I explained this is a gift and I need a time frame which he couldn't give me. So basically you wanted my deposit because of your error but unable to give me a time frame. Very poor service in the end. I definitely won't be back after this poor experience.
